What began as a simple idea grew from a deep passion for serving others with care and purpose. At Weddings by White, our approach is grounded in integrity, excellence, and faith — inspired by Romans 15:13: “May God, the source of hope, fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him.” Every detail is handled with intention, so you can live fully in the moment while we hold the chaos.

Booking & Payments

How do we secure our wedding date?

Your wedding date is officially reserved once a signed contract and a 20% non‑refundable retainer are received. Dates are not held without both.

What is your payment schedule?

A 20% retainer is due at booking. Fifty percent (50%) of the remaining balance is due six months prior to your wedding date, with the final balance due two months before the wedding.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Our payment structure is built to space payments out over time so the planning process feels manageable and stress‑free.

What happens if we need to cancel?

Cancellation policies are outlined in your contract and are based on how close the cancellation occurs to your wedding date. These policies protect reserved dates and dedicated planning time.

Services & Expectations

What services are included in each package?

Each package includes specific services outlined on our Packages page and in your personalized Package Addendum. Services not listed are not included unless added in writing.

Can we customize a package?

Absolutely. Custom services and add‑ons can be discussed during your consultation and confirmed in writing before booking.

Do you attend the rehearsal?

Rehearsal coordination is included in select packages and will be confirmed in your Package Addendum.

When does planning officially begin?

 

Planning begins once your contract is signed and your retainer has been received.

How do we communicate throughout planning?

We primarily communicate via email, with scheduled calls or meetings as needed throughout the planning process.

How many weddings do you take per date?

We accept a limited number of weddings per date to ensure each couple receives focused, attentive support.

Destination & Travel

Do you plan destination weddings?

Yes. Destination and travel‑based weddings are offered through select packages.

Are travel expenses included?

Travel‑related expenses are not included unless specifically stated and will be outlined in writing prior to booking.

Contracts & Logistics

Do you use contracts?

Yes. All services are governed by a written agreement to ensure clarity, organization, and peace of mind for everyone involved.

Do you use electronic signatures?

Yes. Contracts and invoices are sent electronically for convenience, security, and ease of access.
